We have the experience...
East to West Data and Electrical are excited to be part of some major building projects coming up over the next few months.

We believe are expertise and ability to provide a complete solution combined with our proven track record is the reason for our success in winning these contracts.

Some of our major projects...

Broome Triple J/Classic FM project

In 2004, East to West was approached by Kai Jones, Broome J's Volunteer Technical Co-ordinator, to help bring Triple J and Classic FM to Broome, it had been attempted previously by many people but, for whatever reason, never got off the ground. East to West and Kai Jones worked closesly over the next year, then in 2005 East to West was contracted to install the broadcast equipment at Broome Shire Depot and has been tasked to maintain the equipment to date.

Some installation photo's available off Kai's website here and Broome J's website here.

Since May 2005 East to West Data and Electrical and Broome J's are proud to announce Triple J on air at 94.9MHz and Classic FM on air at 93.3MHz in Broome, broadcasting at 500 watts in beautiful FM Stereo.

Cable Beach Sanctuary resort.

East to West Data and Electrical have started work on the Cable Beach Sanctuary Resort in Broome. This large resort project requires lots of wiring and Mick to word this properly.

Optus School of the Air

East to West were commissioned to install satellite dishes across the Kimberley at remote Aboriginal communities and cattle stations. These dishes were to replace the School of tha air radio network and provide a means for students to connect to the school of the air via satellite broadband.
Dishes were installed both on roofs and also mounted on specially made heavy duty glavanised poles to withstand the harsh Kimberley environment. The challenge with this project was to make sure that everything that was required for the job had to be brought along. Some of these remote communities were over 600kms from the nearest town which would mean a long drive back if you forgot something. Likewise everything had to be working properly before leaving as a call out would be costly.

Twin dish installation
Ground installation
